What used to take ages to operate and clean is now done at the push of a button and I am left free to do more important jobs that constantly need doing but useed to be left because there was not enough time. The oven even has its own self clean mode which I can put on at the end of a service and just leave it to get on with cleaning itself. It is absolutely wonderful and has made my enjoyment of my job much more complete.
